Scheduled public departures

Both hikes have scheduled public group departures on the first four Saturdays of each month from December 2026 through December 2028. You can see every date on the departure calendar on each hike’s own page. Every date is a scheduled departure only — subject to guide, weather and availability confirmation before booking.

No seats are reserved and no capacity is implied until a departure is confirmed in writing. Selecting a date on the calendar prefills the booking-request form on the page; it does not reserve a place.

Winter dates and weather checks

Both summits exceed 2,500 m, so winter departures (December, January, February) are explicitly subject to guide and weather checks. Snow and ice are possible on the upper section after storms. Your guide assesses conditions before any winter date is confirmed and will advise the safest option.

Safety always takes priority over reaching the summit. A turned-back summit or a route change is always better than a risky one.

Transfer pricing

A private air-conditioned round-trip transfer from your Marrakech accommodation is included on both hikes, priced separately from the trek. Transfers are €90 total for 1–3 people, or €35 per person for 4 or more. The exact transfer arrangement is confirmed in your written proposal.

If you are staying outside Marrakech, tell us when you enquire — we can usually arrange a different pickup, with the cost and timing adjusted accordingly.

Private departures

Private departures can be requested at least 30 days ahead and remain subject to guide and route confirmation. A private departure gives you your own guide and your own pace, on a date that suits your group. It does not guarantee availability — the guide and route must still be verified before confirmation.

To request a private departure, use the booking-request form on the hike’s page and mention your preferred private date. A guide replies with a written proposal.

How the booking-request process works

Submitting the request form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Here is what happens:

• You submit the account-free request form on the hike’s page, with your preferred date and group size.
• A local Berber guide reviews your dates, group size and the current route conditions.
• The guide replies personally with a written, itemised proposal — route, grade, pricing, transfers and any seasonal considerations.
• Your hike is confirmed only after you approve that proposal. No online payment is taken for these draft routes until the operator verifies arrangements.
• A request is never a reservation — availability, route suitability and final pricing are confirmed in writing before anything is reserved.

Pricing summary

Both hikes share the same transparent pricing. The group rate is €75 per person (3 or more). For 1–2 people a 60% surcharge applies, showing €120 per person. The per-person rate is unchanged after six people. Transfers are charged separately: €90 total for 1–3 people, or €35 per person for 4 or more. No group limit is invented and no inclusions are fabricated; final pricing is confirmed in your written proposal.
